1. Do you have any homes currently available?
At this time, we have one homesite available on Point Summit in San Antonio, TX. While there are no completed homes to tour, we welcome serious buyers and investors to schedule a land assessment or consultation to discuss your build options.
2. Can I view a model home or visit the construction site?
We currently don’t have model homes available for viewing. However, our team can provide floor plans, renderings, and progress photos to help you visualize our designs. Site visits are available by appointment only for safety and insurance reasons.
3. What is a land or site assessment?
A land assessment helps determine the best way to build on your property. We evaluate your land’s size, slope, soil condition, accessibility, and drainage to ensure your future home is built efficiently and safely.
Pricing varies based on land size, terrain, and location.
4. Can you build on land I already own?
Absolutely! We specialize in build-on-your-lot projects. Whether your land is raw or already cleared, our team can handle site preparation, design, permitting, and full build-out from start to finish.
5. What areas do you serve?
Nu Journey Investments proudly serves San Antonio and surrounding areas, including Bexar, Medina, and Comal Counties. If you have property outside this area, reach out—we may still be able to assist.
6. What types of homes do you build?
We design and build custom and semi-custom single-family homes that combine modern design with functionality. From one-story layouts to homes with basement-style bonus spaces, every project is crafted to fit your land and lifestyle.
7. What warranties are included?
Every new home is protected by our 1-2-10 Builder’s Warranty for your peace of mind:
1 year on workmanship and materials
2 years on major mechanical systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
10 years on structural components
8. How long does it take to complete a build?
Build times typically range from 4 to 8 months, depending on the home’s size, design complexity, and permitting timelines. We’ll provide a custom project schedule once your plans are finalized.
9. Do I need a realtor to work with Nu Journey Investments?
No, you can work directly with our team. However, we welcome realtor partnerships and offer standard commissions for qualified buyers represented by licensed realtors.
